Three habits

Show, do not describe
We work in a business where a picture settles an argument that a document cannot. So we make the picture early and often.

Say the hard thing early
If a deadline is not real or a brief will not achieve what it is meant to, we say so at the start — when it is still cheap to change.

Build it so it can be reused
Every asset we make is built with the next variant in mind. Nothing should have to be made twice.
